I wanna go into the property development business and was wondering whether living in LA would be possible?
I’m from England but I think that if I had some properties on the go making profit over here(after renovation) that I could move over to LA..
If I had monthly income/profit from my properties and had maintenance and management for them, could I move over to LA and start buying properties there as well?
Maybe I could sell some properties in England to invest in properties in LA?
Would this be relevant in the future years?

I mean to say that are they authentic? What do I do if I have paid for it and the game doesn’t run ?

am currently in my senior year doing a double degree in Journalism and English Language from the American University in Cairo. My Cumilative GPA is 3.8 and I’ve done tons of extracurriculurs. I’m gonna apply in a couple of weeks to Columbia’s Graduate school of Journalism and I believe I have a big shot at getting accepted. Do they provide loans for international students like myself.
Once you’re done, are you allowed to leave the USA before paying back?

So this is a little hard to talk about because it just started happening about 3 months ago after I had knee replacement surgery. Well u guys know sometimes when u sneeze u may pee a little well I’m different when I sneeze or laugh too hard I poop. It’s not soft or just a little it’s full sized nuggets I should say. It happens everytime no matter where I am so I try not to sneeze. I don’t invite friends over or go out anymore. I stay at home. I quit my job as a middle school teacher. I have no income and living off my fathers insurance money. I don’t wanna see a doctor so I try things to constipate myself but no help. What can I do

My job is going away after a forced buyout. I am ‘on call’ and have not had any real work for weeks. There is 2 months left until I am ‘released.’ If I stay through to the end I get a nice check for my troubles. However, it ultimately means the end of a steady source of income. Naturally I want to procure another source before I run out of cash.
With that said, I have been extended a job opportunity at a different company in a different industry. While the actual work would roughly be the same, the vastly different industries would not be a ‘conflict of interest’ between the two.
I did sign an agreement stating if I stayed I get X amount of cash at the end. The agreement doesn’t necessarily state that I cannot get another job. Merely that I cannot talk bad about the company.
My ability to perform at both would not be impacted since the majority of work at both would be remote using VPN software to connect. I believe that there would not be any issues since there is nothing wrong with working two jobs as long as there is no conflict of interest and the ability to perform the required job roles is not impacted.
I definitely would like to get a hold of the offered cash but I do not want to jeopardize my new job.
Is there anything legally wrong with me beginning work at my new job without me resigning from my old job?

2nd Mortgage Was Chpt 7 Discharged, Yet Sold New Creditor Who Is Contacting Me For Payment – Any Options?

I got notice that my second mortgage was offically discharged in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. The lender sold off the discharged 2nd mortgage to Green Tree. GT has sent me information that they are now servicing the loan, that I’m required to pay and threathen forclosure, my bankruptcy shows it was discharged; I did not sign a reaffirmation agreement. They have also sent me a letter stating I need to have insurance on the home that lists them. I have a 1st mortgage that is current, however, can not pay the 2nd mortgage. GT is calling me a work, home and on my cell everyday requesting payment. I thought they where not to contact me or is this a loop hole since the 2nd mortgage was sold off (being serviced by a new lender?) Do I have any options besides walking a way from the home? Is this considered harassment?

SO my parents are worried about my safety “which is understandable to a certain degree”. However, I’m a 19 year old college student who works at Mcdonalds.. Needless to say, I don’t have a lot of money, so I want a motorcycle so bad because of economic reason. I can buy one with 14,000 miles for 1500$ with only 9 dollars a month for insurance, and 60 miles to the gallon. And because they are something which have always peaked my curiosity, plus they’re bad a*s.
My parents are willing to sign me a loan for a car, at which the expenses will be MUCH higher, and then the potential of repairs. I have to pay my tuition every year so I know I will fall into a hole of debt if I get a car, they don’t understand.

My ex was not very involved in the first 9 years of our daughter’s life. But he has spent the last year trying to fix that.
The thing is, we have different parenting styles. He believes in cheap home remedies for sickness, tells our daughter that she will get spankings if she is bad, and doesn’t want her to grow up before he is ready. When he does not like the reality of how his relationship was with her early on, he makes up stories that he thinks I should play along with.
I also believe in spankings, but I give them very rarely and don’t threaten one unless I am sure I will go through with it. I “waste money” on dr approved remedies for illness. And if my daughter has a non g-rated question, I give her an honest answer along with an explanation of “but it is up to the parents to decide when their kids are old enough to know this. So you should not bring it up with your friends.”
Right now my ex is mad at me for letting our daughter attend the school’s thing about changes your body goes through as you grow up. … There are things he does that make me mad too. I want to put my foot down and tell him “No, you cannot ____.” But does that mean I should take his advice when he says “She is not old enough to ___.” ?
We do not have any court orders in place. Neither of us can afford the fees, so we are trying to work this out as we go. But I am having a very hard time sharing the decision making power. – It is hard to know when to bite my tongue and when to say “I am the mom, what I say goes.”
