Welfare? 17? Need Info!?

Okay, this isn’t me, so don’t go throwing stereotypical ideas at me. My friend is 17, and she doesnt like living at home. No its not any abuse stuff, its just constant controlling, to the point the parent sometimes wants her to stay home instead of attending school and maintaining her high GPA. She would like to know- actually so would I- if you could apply for Welfare. Yes, I know its abusing the government system, but she has a part time job. But the money she makes isnt gonna pay half on the rent. So, please can someone give us an answer?

How Can I Get In Shape For Football?

Okay, well, I wasn’t planning on playing Football until Junior year (currently, I’m Freshman). But somehow, I decided to play this coming year. Work out and practices start in like… May? I think? And I want to get in as good shape as I can before then. I have a lot of natural athletic ability, well, used to. I got really lazy and retired from sports for about 6 years… (stupid, I know) and I got out of shape. I’m currently 15 years old, 6’0, about 175lb (I’m not fat at all. It’s mostly cause I’m tall).
Okay, now here is the gutbuster… I’ve NEVER played structured Football. Just with my friends. And I used to be as fast as lightning (but got out of shape), but I played BBALL this year and that helped me get in better shape so I’m getting my speed back. And I’m very strong (well, a lot stronger than people think. I look kind of low on muscle, but I’m pretty strong considering I don’t lift). So tackling, defending, etc… isn’t an issue.
Any tips? I’m very low on cash atm so joining an actual gym is out of the question. My school does have a weight room free of charge. I might be able to use that, depending on the schedule we’re allowed to use it.

Different sellers. By following my tracking information that stated that should have been delivered yesterday. This morning I called my local post office and they spoke to the deliverman. He says he left on the front porch of my apartment building. I checked allaround and cant find it anywhere. Only me, my husband and new baby are in our apartment so I know we don’t have it. I think my neighbor stole it but they claimed to have not seen it. I contacted the sellers and they say it is out of their hands and amazon says I have to wait until the next day after the last arrival date before they will talk about it. Will amazon refund my money or send me replacements or am just out myutems?

Babolat Zylon Matrix handle is kind of “hour glass” shaped in that it is concave in the middle. I’ve searched the internet for similar rackets but can’t really tell by the pictures. I bought it used and loaned it to my daughter to see if it would fix her wrist pain and it has, so I’ve been looking for a similar one for her. Hey I’m thinking of buy a ford car and I have my eyes set on the last years new model. The car has a $3,000 rebate plus I also have fords $750 private cash. Also is it a good idea if I take a loan for 5yrs. to pay the car? Would this make me get an upside-down loan on the car because it is last years model?
